After School Club Terms and Conditions

Registration and Booking

* All children must be registered with the after-school club before attending.

* Bookings must be made in advance via our official booking system.

* Emergency contact details and medical information must be accurate and up to date.

Fees and Payments

* All sessions must be paid for in advance unless agreed otherwise.

* Late payment may result in refusal of further bookings until the account is settled.

* There are no refunds for missed sessions unless due to a club cancellation.

Cancellations and Refunds

* At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a session and receive a credit.

* No refunds or credits will be given for non-attendance without notice.

* In the event of club cancellation, parents will be offered a refund or credit.

Arrival and Collection

* Children must be collected promptly at the end of the session.

* Late collection will incur a late fee of £7 per 15 minutes.

* Only authorised individuals (as listed on the registration form) may collect a child. Add any additional individuals authorised to pick up on booking system.

Health and Safety

* Parents must inform the club of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.

* The club reserves the right to refuse attendance if a child is ill or contagious.

* In case of emergency, first aid will be administered and parents contacted immediately.

Behaviour and Conduct

* Children are expected to behave respectfully and follow club rules.

* Persistent inappropriate behavior may result in temporary or permanent exclusion.

* Parents are expected to support the club’s behavior policy.

Liability

* While every effort is made to ensure the safety of children, the club is not liable for accidental injuries unless caused by negligence.

* Personal belongings brought to the club are the responsibility of the child/parent.

Photography and Media

* Parents will be asked to provide consent for their child to be photographed or filmed for promotional or internal use.

Data Protection

* All personal data is stored securely and in accordance with GDPR.

* Data will only be shared with third parties when legally required or with parental consent.

Changes to Terms

* The club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with reasonable notice.
